We always have a good time collaborating with Cruz Blanca. This year we wanted to bring something unique but refreshing. We brewed a spritzy, sparkling ale fermented on lemon, lime soda syrup, and prickly pear. The soda syrup helped dry this beer out during fermentation leaving behind lemon and lime zestiness, while the prickly pear brought on raspberry and pomegranate fruitiness. This beer drinks like an Aperitivo, prickly pear fruit mixed with zesty lemon and lime on the palate, finished by a crisp, bitterness from the high carbonation.
